Payments

Listing cards and the search map show a nightly (per day) rate. When you select check-in and check-out dates, we also show an estimated total for the stay when enough date information is available. Weekly or monthly discounts may apply for longer stays when the host has configured them.

Guests complete payment through the City Spaces checkout flow using the payment methods offered at booking time. Do not send payment outside the platform unless a City Spaces support agent has confirmed an exception in writing. Hosts receive payouts according to the host payment settings after a successful stay, subject to our terms and any applicable holds.

Refund eligibility depends on the listing's cancellation policy and when you cancel. Review the policy on the apartment page before you book. For payment failures, duplicate charges, or refund questions, contact support@cityspacesandbookings.com with your booking reference.
